Kris has over 14 years experience in the construction industry and specialises in bespoke residential design along the Waikato's West Coast, Rural and Lifestyle land, and the Coromandel Peninsula.
The Design House Architecture mission is to create simple, bold designs using sound creative principles, in order to maximize site potential, and achieve client satisfaction.
Kris believes in responsive, simple forms, realised through practical detailing with proven materials. Along with creating inspiring spaces to live and work, equally important is sustainable design, with the goal of creating comfortable, healthy, energy efficient buildings.
Kris believes communication is the key component of the design process. This begins with the client brief and extends to communication with councils, consultants and trades, always keeping the client informed of relevant outcomes and the design direction.
