discuss this LVL technology being used in the re-build of Christchurch.

This session introduces EXPAN technology, which utilises Post Tensioned LVL structure with Timber Concrete Composite floors: Timber floors with concrete topping over, both showcased in the EXPAN Building where this meeting is being held for your viewing.

This building is one of (if not the most) resilient buildings in the Southern hemisphere, let alone Christchurch. The building is an ideal opportunity for ADNZ members to gain some industry knowledge & to be informed in these changing times we are in.

The EXPAN building can be used with prior agreement to bring potential clients to see first-hand what the fuss is all about. There is already a huge up-take to this form of technology for commercial construction methodology with several projects already designed & waiting for insurance to give the go ahead.

Who knows what might lead into in the future in terms of high end residential structures?
