I am a sole trader carrying out a range of residential work from small projects, such as decks and bathroom
and kitchen alterations, to large two-storey alterations and additions.
New house projects range from one-bedroom flats to large rural and urban homes and townhouses.
Small commercial work has included a kebab cafe and fitouts for three women's healthclubs.
The services I offer include design and documentation, lodging the building consent, resource consent
application, and contract observation.
