Our Hawkes Bay/Poverty Bay region encompasses an area from Dannevirke through the East Cape,
North of Gisborne.
Our members are a group of like-minded designers networking together, sharing ideas and knowledge to
better the whole group. We are currently undertaking regionally organised professional development
seminars, over and above nationally organised seminars, and cover topics chosen by our own members.
These are aimed to keep our members up to date with changes in the industry and increase their
knowledge base to provide our clients with a better service. Our region works closely with local
Territory Authorities and industry groups, endeavouring to improve communication between our
partners in the industry, and provide them with feedback from a designer’s perspective.
