The Architectural Designers New Zealand Board is elected from our membership at the AGM and represents our multifaceted and diverse membership group. With a mix of competencies and experience, our Board ensures good governance at a strategic and policy setting level.
Susie Elms
ADNZ Board Chair
Susie has over 34 years experience in Architectural Design and is owner of Chapple Architecture Ltd in Palmerston North.
Nathan Rooney
ADNZ Deputy Board Chair
Nathan is an award-winning architectural designer and the owner of Space Architecture Studio in Wellington and the Kapiti Coast.
Vaughan Bayley
ADNZ Board Member
Vaughan has been an ADNZ member since 2012 and been on the Waikato Executive team since 2013, serving as Secretary, then Vice Chair and then Chair.
Mike Holmes

Mike is an award-winning architectural designer and owner of Wellington practice Holmes Architecture.

Codi is a professional member of ADNZ, Superhome Movement, a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) and is currently working towards becoming a certified Passive House Designer.

Tai joined the Board in 2023 after being a member of ADNZ for 6 years.
