With over 30 years’ experience in Building Control, including inspections, processing and management, Kerry is a leading expert in the industry. As a qualified building official and licenced member of BOINZ Kerry has dedicated his career to upholding the highest standards in construction and building safety. Kerry’s commitment to excellence has been recognised though his life membership of BOINZ and past role as National President. Currently, Kerry proudly serves as the Manager of Building and Property for the Hurunui District Council where he strives to make a meaningful impact in the field of building regulation and property management. Kerry initially trained as an Architectural Designer at Christchurch Polytechnic and holds a Diploma in Building Surveying and a NZ Certificate in Building Inspection.
